I created and designed the workflows and functionality of 21 different ChatBots and 2 Auto-Emailers. Each bot was customized, dependent upon the desired customer funnel and lead follow up method. Additionally, I wrote 3 blog articles and helped implement an SEO strategy that increased specific keyword search ranking from page 71 to page 2 for multiple terms, increased impressions by 47% and decreased bounce rate by 21% all in an 8 week timeframe.
After learning their company specific CRM system, I wrote a series of webinars based on user research and customer & client interviews, which I conducted. In collaboration with the CEO, I designed, scripted and produced a mini booklet to market the webinar series. I devised a repeatable template for web content creation, specifically webinar development.
My freelance work has been primarily in the realms of responsive website design, UX design and graphic design. I designed the Intrigue Escape Games website, where all games are booked solely thru their website and created the South Rockwood United Methodist Church website, using client supplied software.
I designed original artwork for use on martial arts athletic clothing, selling out 1st production run within 2 weeks and I also created a neighborhood entrance sign for a trendy, upscale Dallas, Tx community.
I trained, supervised and coordinated a sales/service staff of 5 to complete daily repair schedule and attend to clientele needs, special orders & individual projects.
I voice the the Bishop in Battle Chess: Game of Kings. My first voice-over gig was a Spooky Voice on phone for Delaware St. John: The Curse of the Midnight Manor. Each project was done remotely, over the internet.
