Each case study reflects how I work, identifying where motivated users lose confidence, building the evidence to prove it, and translating that into guidance teams can act on. You'll see not just what I did, but the thinking, framing, and analytical decisions that drove the outcomes.

Arizona State University

A structured heuristic evaluation of Arizona State University's campus maps, parking, and visitor pages, identifying navigation clarity failures and delivering recommendations that were implemented at a 95% rate.

When VoC feedback flagged that prospective students were abandoning the UMGC mobile site mid-research, I designed and led a moderated user test across 8 sessions to find out why. Observing real navigation behavior revealed that primary paths worked, but secondary content was effectively invisible, directly informing labeling changes, navigation structure, and admissions content visibility.

A targeted mobile session replay analysis for Torrid, combining behavioral observation with Voice-of-Customer data to diagnose why high-intent shoppers were abandoning their carts and losing confidence in the experience.

CIA Careers

A heuristic evaluation of the CIA Careers application portal, identifying why the search experience was causing qualified applicants to question whether relevant roles existed, and what it would take to make job discovery reliable and trustworthy.

A structured heuristic evaluation of the IRS Direct Pay tool, identifying where inconsistent navigation cues, unclear instructions, and disjointed interface elements created hesitation in a workflow where confidence is everything.
